2. Service Description

Evasion Mystere provides immersive escape room experiences designed for entertainment and team-building purposes. Our services include interactive puzzle-solving adventures, private room bookings, corporate team-building events, and related entertainment activities. We strive to provide a safe, enjoyable, and challenging experience for all participants.

All escape room sessions are conducted under the supervision of trained game masters who ensure safety protocols are followed and provide assistance when necessary. Participants must follow all instructions provided by our staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

3. Age Requirements and Restrictions

Participants must be at least 10 years old to participate in our escape room experiences. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times during the experience. We recommend a minimum age of 13 for optimal enjoyment of our puzzle-solving challenges.

Certain rooms may have specific age restrictions due to content or difficulty level. These restrictions will be clearly communicated during the booking process and must be strictly adhered to. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet the age requirements for their selected experience.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or in-person at our facility. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. Group bookings may require a deposit with the balance due before the scheduled experience.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled experience may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will forfeit the full payment amount. In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer rescheduling options at our discretion.

5. Safety and Conduct Policies

The safety and security of our guests is our top priority. All participants must follow safety instructions provided by our staff and respect all posted rules and regulations. Aggressive behavior, property damage, or disruptive conduct will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

Participants are prohibited from bringing outside food, beverages, or personal items into the escape rooms unless specifically authorized by staff. We reserve the right to inspect bags and personal belongings for safety and security purposes. Any prohibited items will be stored securely during your experience.

Emergency exits are clearly marked in all rooms, and participants will be briefed on emergency procedures before beginning their experience. In case of medical emergency or safety concern, participants should immediately contact the game master using the provided communication system.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain comprehensive safety protocols, participation in escape room experiences involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and assume these risks. Evasion Mystere, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred during your visit.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your escape room experience. We strongly recommend that all participants have appropriate personal insurance coverage. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service or experience in question.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, puzzles, themes, and materials used in our escape room experiences are the intellectual property of Evasion Mystere or used under appropriate license agreements. This includes but is not limited to room designs, puzzle mechanisms, storylines, audio-visual content, and promotional materials.

Participants are prohibited from recording, photographing, or otherwise documenting the escape room experiences without explicit written permission. This policy protects the integrity of our puzzles and ensures future participants can enjoy the full mystery and challenge of our experiences.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Any personal data collected during the booking process or your visit will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We use this information solely for booking management, customer service, and improving our services.

We may use your contact information to send you promotional materials or updates about our services, but you may opt out of such communications at any time. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
