Creative Director & Co-Founder

Alexandra brings over 8 years of experience in interactive design and storytelling. Her background in theater and digital media allows her to create immersive narratives that captivate and challenge our guests. She oversees all creative aspects of room development and ensures every story element serves both entertainment and puzzle-solving purposes.

Michael Donovan

Technical Director & Co-Founder

Michael is our technical mastermind, combining his engineering background with a passion for interactive puzzles. He designs and builds the mechanical and electronic systems that bring our rooms to life. His innovative use of sensors, automation, and hidden mechanisms creates seamless, magical experiences that blur the line between reality and adventure.

Priya Patel

Operations Manager & Co-Founder

Priya ensures every guest receives exceptional service from booking to completion. With her background in hospitality management and customer experience design, she has developed our renowned service standards and training programs. She also manages our corporate partnerships and special event coordination.

David Kim

Lead Game Master

David leads our team of game masters and is responsible for training new staff in our customer service philosophy. His enthusiastic personality and deep knowledge of all our rooms make him an invaluable resource for both guests and team members. He also assists in developing new room concepts and testing puzzle difficulty levels.
